हेलो दोस्तों नमस्कार मेरा नाम अरविन्द कटोच है और लगभग 12-13 सालों से मैं आपके लिए बहुत सारी हिंदी विचार और सुविचार लेकर आ रहा हूं । आज से मैंने इन हिंदी विचार को विडियो ब्लॉग के रूप में प्रस्तुत करने का भी निर्णय लिया है तो इसके लिए मैंने एक अपनी सबसे पहली हिंदी विचार को चुना है इसके बारे में आज हम बात करेंगे वह है की जिंदगी कितनी खूबसूरत है देखने के लिए हमें ज्यादा दूर जाने की जरूरत नहीं है कि अगर हम यह देखना चाहते हैं जहां हम अपनी आँखे खोल ले वहीं हम इसे देख सकते हैं अब आप पूछेंगे इससे मेरा यह कहने का क्या मतलब है यह कहने का सिंपल यही मतलब यह नहीं है कि मैं हमें या तुम्हें खूबसूरत दुनिया देखने के लिए स्विट्जरलैंड जाना पड़ेगा या किसी पहाड़ी स्थल पे ही जाना पड़ेगा , दुनिया हर तरफ खूबसूरत अब यह विचार मेरे सामने कैसे आया कि एक दिन में अपना कैमरा लेकर फोटो खींचने के लिए जा रहा था और खेतों मैं से गुजर रहा था तभी मैंने देखा जब हरी-हरी फसलें लहलहा रही थी तो वहीं खेतों का जो वातावरण था वह बहुत ही अद्भुत था और उस चीज़ को ब्यान करना बहुत मुश्किल है। सिंपल कह सकते है की वह बहुत खूबसूरत था। वह मुझे इतना अच्छा लगा कि मैं आखिर के कुछ घंटे वहीं रहूं और बार-बार वहां आऊं । इस तरह से मैं आपसे यही कहना चाहता हूं कि जो खूबसूरती है कि वह यह नहीं है कि कुछ खास जगहों पर ही होती है खूबसूरती हर जगह पे होती है इसके लिए कुछ हद तक हमें अपना नजरिया बदलने की जरुरत है और अपने आस पास भी ढूढ़ने की जरुरत है जब हम आराम से अपने आस-पास निकलेंगे आसपास देखेंगे तो बहुत सारी चीजों में हमें वह खूबसूरती दिख जाएगी । जब आप इस खूबसूरती को देखने लग पढेंगे तक जिंदगी भी हमें खूबसूरत लगने लग पड़ेगी जिंदगी हमें बहुत सारे लोगों को खूबसूरत इसलिए नहीं लगती ।व्यक्ति उदास रहते हैं हम आजकल जैसे हम देखते हैं मानसिक तनाव बहुत ज्यादा हो गया है फस्ट्रेशन हो जाता है इसका एक कारण यह है कि हम इस खूबसूरती को नहीं देख पा रहे । हम क्या देख पा रहे हैं जितनी कि सिर्फ जिंदगी की कमियों को देख पा रहे है। हम क्या बुराइयों को देख पा रहे हैं हम लोगों की परेशानियों को देख पा रहे है।अब छोटा सा एक सन बर्ड ले सकते जो बहुत छोटा पंछी होता है पर उसकी खूबसूरती को ध्यान से देखोगे, आवाज को सुनोगे देखोगे तो पाओगे की उसमें भी प्रकृति ने बहुत सारी खूबसूरती डाल रखी है । बहुत सारे फूलों को ध्यान से देखोगे। आप बहुत सारी जगह पर थोड़ा सा आबादी से दूर जाओगे तो बहुत सारी ऐसी चीज़े मिल जायेगीं। जब यह छोटी-छोटी चीज़े हम अपनी जिंदगी में ढूढ़ना शुरू कर देंगे तो जिंदगी हमें बहुत ही खूबसूरत लगने लगेगी। और मैं आशा करता हूं कि आपको यह छोटा सा मेरा वीडियो पसंद आएगा और आगे मैं आगे भी हिंदी थॉट्स वीडियो ब्लॉक लेकर आऊंगा जिससे कि हम इन छोटे विचारों को और अधिक समझ सके और अपनी जिंदगी को और खूबसूरत और प्रगतिशील बना सके ।आप सबका धन्यवाद ।

thoughts and ideas. From today I have also decided to present these Hindi thoughts in the form of a video blog, so for this, I have chosen one of my first Hindi thought, today we will talk about it, that i"To see how beautiful life is? we do not need to go far. Where we open our eyes there we can see life's beauty.  if we want to see it where we open our eyes there we can see it. Now you will ask what do I mean by this? My simple meaning is me and you will not have to go to Switzerland or go to some hill-station to see the beautiful world, the world is beautiful everywhere Now how did this idea come to me that one day I was going for a walk with my camera to take some photos and was passing through the fields. That's when I saw the green crops were blooming, and the atmosphere of the fields was very wonderful and it is very difficult to describe that thing. One can simply say that he was very beautiful.
I liked it so much that I stayed there for the last few hours and wanted to come back again and again. In this way, I want to tell you that beauty is everywhere and it is not restricted to certain places, to see this we need to change our attitude to some extent and also explore our surroundings. the need is to leave your home and see the things around you. When you start seeing this beauty, life will also start looking beautiful to us, because many people do not find life beautiful. People remain sad, as we see nowadays, mental stress has become too much, frustration is very common. The reason is that we are not able to see this beautiful life. What are we able to see as much as we can only see the shortcomings of life? We are just seeing the evils in others and the problems of life. Now you can take the example of a small sunbird, which is a very small bird, but if you look at its beauty carefully, if you listen to its voice, you will find that nature has put a lot of beauty in it too. You will see many flowers carefully. If you go away from population in many places, then you will find many such things. When we start finding these small things in our life, then life will start looking very beautiful to us.
